A Space Journey Continues…

I have made some progress on updating my writing space for the fall. I actually made a big decision about my two spaces in our apartment, but that’s for another longer post. Here, I just want to post some progress photos of what I’m doing. You can see my tools still on the my cabinet and the bookshelves need to be filled. I’m doing this in bits of time and trying to forgive myself for not getting it all done at once. I normally will take on a big project like this, and not stop until it’s done. But that’s not the reality of my life now. With two kids, I have too many obligations to take enough time to do this all at once. Although it makes me uncomfortable, although I fear I will get distracted and abandon this project half done, I need to trust myself. And trusting myself is new to me: a journey in my mind as well as in my physical space.
